- Day 1: Heho Arrival – Kalaw
Our guide and driver will greet you at the airport for the transfer to your hotel in Kalaw.
Welcome to Kalaw. Located on the mild highland of Shan state, Kalaw exposes a green natural beauty, combining the exotic life of ethnic minorities and pine plantations.

Day 2: Kalaw – Pyin Yar Village
Commence your day of trekking to Taryaw Village to experience the life of Palaung ethnic minority whose costumes feature bright and saturated color, with married women wearing cane rings around their waists to indicate marital status. As you walk further, our guide will offer a break in the viewing point to Shan Hills. After lunch, proceed to Shar Bin Village via 2 other villages.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 3: Kalaw – Loikaw
Breakfast. In the morning visit to Kalaw where there is a famous statue of Buddha bamboo covered in gold circa 1500. Visit the Church of England in 1906. Continue to Loikaw (about 4 hours ride). Along the way visit to Myin But Hti Cave. Continue to Pinlaung and stop for lunch. Continue to Loikaw and, along the way, visit to some villages to observe the activities of cultivation and taking pictures of beautiful scenery. Late evening arrival in Loikaw.

Day 4: Loikaw
After breakfast, visit Taungwe Zedi Pagoda built in a panoramic position on top of a hill, the monastery of the villages in Kayah and local ethnic groups Padaung. Here the local traditions are still intact and women, known as “giraffe women”, wearing traditional clothing and a series of rings around the neck that stretched unnaturally. It is believed that this custom derives from the need to protect themselves from attacks by cats during the harvest. You will observe the local life and work of weaving women. Lunch at local restaurant. In the late afternoon you can admire the sunset from the pagoda Mya Kalat.

Day 5: Loikaw – Phae Khone – Inle Lake
This morning, visit Pa Kyae San Pya, where you can observe the daily life in the village and its market. Lunch at local restaurant and continue in the direction of Phae Khone, where you will board a boat to explore the Inle Lake, situated at a height of 970 meters and covers an area of 72 square kilometers. The lake is considered one of the most beautiful places in Burma. On its banks live the Intha, population known to make fishing with lobster traps on board small boats which are governed by rowing standing with his leg; The Lake is also known for the floating gardens and numerous pagodas and monasteries that are located on its shores.

Day 6: Inle Lake Discovery – Departure
Enjoy breakfast at hotel before taking a sightseeing tour to Phaungdawoo Pagoda, famed for its richly gilded five small Buddha images and believed to be the holiest pagoda in Inle Lake. Our next stop is Ngaphechaung Monastery, known as “Jumping Cat Pagoda”. As you travel closer to Nam Pan Village, have a look at cotton and lotus weaving factories and cigar making houses. These sites will give you a true sense of traditional Intha life.
In the afternoon, transfer to Heho for your onward flights.
