We always use travel agents based in the UK for arranging customised holidays for our group and this is the first time we sought the service of an agent based outside UK. We were all very much concerned and nervous about the whole arrangements.
Once we landed and being received by your guide we realised how good your company you work for. There wasn’t a single issue for us to complain or feel being let down by the guide. The care and service we received from the local guides and the driver was beyond our expectations. Unlike other agents you provided us the best coaches for sightseeing and airport pickup /drop off.
Finally we were amazed when your guide gave us a free dinner. It was a lavish authentic Burmese dinner. If not for your kind gesture we wouldn’t have tasted the authentic burmese food.
